Bookings cancelled between 28 days and 14 days from the tour departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 14 days before the departure date will incur the full charge of the tour.
There will be no refunds and will be left to the discretion of Good Hope Adventures whether the client will be allowed to participate in a subsequent tour, if the client fails to arrive at the collection point on time.
This booking and subsequent contract shall be deemed to have been concluded in Cape Town, South Africa and shall be interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any legal action shall be undertaken in the Supreme Court within the Cape Province.
All prices and services are correct, but all prices and services are subject to change without any prior notice.
The company reserves the right to use any photographs and films taken during tours for use in a brochure or any other advertising material. The client agrees that he/she shall not hold the company liable in any way.
Good Hope Adventures will not be held responsible for any damages that may occur on tour. All baggage and personal effects are at all times at the clients risk and the company cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage of any personal effects.
Although every precaution is taken on tour to ensure the safety of all clients, the company shall not be held responsible for any death of injury or loss to any person as a result of any reason whatsoever.
The client realizes that to participate in the tour requires a measure of physical fitness and health and it is the clients obligation to ensure that he/she is medically fit enough to embark on the tour.
At all times the decisions of the companies guide/director will be final. The client must at all times comply with the rules and regulations laid down by the guide/driver. Should the client be detected in any contravention of the above or be a nuisance to the group, the driver/guide may order the client to leave the tour without any right to a refund or any liability to the company. The client should be obliged to make their way home at their own expense.
Unforeseen circumstances due to mechanical breakdowns, weather and/or any other unforeseen reasons beyond the control of the company may cause delays or alterations to the tour, the company will not be held liable in any way for any of these possible occurances.
Unpredictable weather may cause alterations to the tour itinerary; Good Hope Adventures will not be held liable in any way.
In case of unpredictable weather preventing any activities from being run Good Hope Adventures reserves the right to move the activity to another day, combine it with existing itinerary activities or to substitute that activity with an activity of an equivalent value.
All clients must sign an indemnity form prior to the departure date of the tour.

The client realises that to participate in these adventure activities he/she may require a measure of physical fitness and no heart condition.
If a client damages property i.e. bicycles, sand boards, kites, equipment, vehicles etc. On purpose or through negligence, the client will be held responsible for the repair or replacement of the damaged property. This excludes wear and tear.
