Table Bay Bicycle Route 2016

On holiday in Cape Town or just need to unwind? Then let the South Easter wind push you to your destination. We use bicycles and the MyCiti Bus system to get you from point A to point B and back.

Follow the historic settlers route along Table Bay and a lagoon teeming with birdlife. Enjoy a cycle on a long stretch of Blaauwbergstrand with its famous views of Table Mountain and spot whales and dolphins in season.

Discover old shipwrecks, visit a historic Khoi San trading site and enjoy lunch or a wine tasting at one of the many famous seafood restaurants.

The route is from 8 kms to 16 kms on the beach and new established bicycle pathways. They are level, relaxed and lots of fun.

This spectacular package includes morning coffee/tea and rusks at the bike shack, return bus transfer, bikes and helmet rental and a professional Guide.
